U ovom ugodnom smještaju u centru grada Rijeke sve vam je nadohvat ruke. Iako se nalazi u centru, ovaj smještaj nudi veliki vrt te se nalazi u maloj mirnoj ulici. U vrtu se nalazi konoba s unutrašnjim kaminom za roštilj. Kućica je novo uređena te je svime opremljena. 25 minuta pješke potrebno je do prve plaže na Pećinama (gradskom kupalištu). Također postoje plaze na Kantridi koja su udaljene autom otprilike 14 minuta i u Kostreni koje su udaljene autom 15 minuta.

Situated at ground level in a self standing small house with cathedral ceiling decorated with real wooden beams. It is fully equipped, with a view of the east coast of the island Krk.
