It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. The studio is situated on the 1st floor. The apartment's window faces the roadway. The historical Old Town is only max 10-15 min by walk. Paid parking lot is next to the neighboring house.
