The apartment is within short walking distance from Kotor old town and has a sunny terrace overlooking the sea and St. John's fort. There's fast and stable Wi-Fi, and free parking in front of the building. A few minutes away on foot is the "Kamelija" shopping center, with a supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, hair salon, gym, cosmetics & clothing stores, and a small beach is 500m away. It's well equipped for long stays as well, making it a great base for exploring Kotor bay and its surroundings.

Chic Waterfront 1F Studio in Historic Home w/ VIEW

This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire 1st floor (the floor above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Maritimo Studio Apartment & Parking

Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This unique place has a style all its own. Sunny and panoramic penthouse offers the most spectacular views of Boka Bay. You can enjoy the stunning blues and greens of the sea and mountains from all the rooms - including the bathroom! If you want to Chill out by the shared pool, or enjoy your aperitivo on your private large terrace, or just read a great book by the windows- and still be mesmerised by the nature - this is the place for you!

Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.

Located on the second floor, this studio was renovated in April 2023 and offers a cozy bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. It accommodates two guests but may not be comfortable for two on longer stays. Enjoy stunning views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait from the studio’s windows. Guests can also relax on the waterfront terraces with panoramic views of Boka Bay and the nearby islands.
