The location of the place very good. Especially if you are looking to go island hopping activities as it is near to the jesselton jetty.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Many good things to share: 1. Very conveniently located, right next to the ferry terminal. 2. The building has a variety of good restaurants, convenient stores, KTV, mani/pedi, spas, travel agencies, etc. 3. The infinity pool was spacious and great for relaxing in the sun while admiring the sea. 4. An ensuite washer and free parking made our stay easy. Not every unit in the building offered them. 5. Loke was very responsive and communicates effectively. Thank you for having us. We would recommend this place to others.

Everything is great and we love our stay!

Perfect place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. If You step inside apartment and see this beautiful poolview, then You realize that is my holiday. You stay in the middle KK Times Square, but you don’t feel it at all. In the apartment and around the pool everything is quiet. In some reviews guests said there is a plane noise, but you can stay everywhere in KK and you still will hear aircraft noise. It was very nice communication with Charlene. Easy to check in and out. Definitely will stay in Charlene apartment again❤️

The host is very helpful. All the instructions is very clear. Nice house. easy to find restaurant and the house is clean. Definitely will come again in future. Recommended. 👍🏼👍🏼

Danniel and team are excellent people. Value for money. Close by to most of the things. Danniel is available on wp all times 24x7. Place is excellent. Will stay next time for sure.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this place. Danish was very kind with good communication. Great location especially for Jesselton point, many restaurants, and Gaya night food market.

Place is nice to stay, house is clean and neat, host is kind, view is breathtaking and with the sound of waves hitting the seabank, TRANQUILITY.

Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

The place is suitable and comfortable for large family..got some hiccup here and there eg during my stay the pool was out for maintenance, the bathroom water pressure was very slow, the air fryer was broken..but overall, im satisfied and will consider to stay again in future..

Great place for family, clean, comfortable, downstairs is shopping mall, free parking & swimming pool, playground for kids. Host is very kind, helpful & responding. Will stay again in this place.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit 8 adults. The location is ideal, within walking distance of tourist attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it easy to pick up groceries or enjoy local meals. Additionally, the hosts were very kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and promptly addressing any questions we had.
