V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. The apartment is on the walking trail by the sea where you can easily walk to do restaurant, coffee shop, and bars. Nearest groceries shop and gas station is about 10 min. walking and 3 min. driving.
