CDA Cottage - Downtown/Sanders Beach - New Hot Tub

Desirable Sanders Beach cottage, located in an upscale district of town close to Sherman Ave and in middle of all downtown Coeur d'Alene has to offer. Newer home features 1 bed & 1 bath with sofa sleeper in living room. Immaculately clean, convenient and includes hot tub, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, Fiber-Optic high-speed Wi-Fi/Internet (650-700 Mbps on avg.), gas grill, Cornhole, soft linens & plush robes & towels, and even sandals for guests to use to and from the the hot tub.

Sunny lake front cabin w/ private dock & pets ok!

Summer paradise! Enjoy (rare) all-day sunshine at this A-frame cabin. Situated in an exclusive bay, this lakefront cabin has a large private dock and clean, deep water (no swamp/seaweed). This stylish mid-century cabin has a large flat lot surrounded by tall pine trees and local deer. The BIG panoramic lake view faces the sunset, for golden evenings on the deck or around the fire pit. Fully equipped for a short or long stay on exclusive Hayden Lake. Starlink WiFi. Ample parking.

Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Patios and views, lakeside bon fires, fishing and boats you can borrow. Across the water from the lakefront restaurant, you can paddle our boats or bring your own boat and park it at our dock. Cozy, clean, stylish apartment- great location!

UPDATED FOR 2024: washer/dryer added! Welcome to our mid-century mod remodel! Carmel wood, great art, and MidMod fixtures set a comfortable, relaxed mood. Thread&Needle mattress; comfy hide-a-bed. Gas stove, butcher block counters, new appliances all around. Private patio, with lush planters surrounding makes for a great place to unwind. Off-street parking. 1 block to the beach and the best park in CDA. Walk downtown or to NIC in minutes. Sleeps 4!
