Unsere gemütliche Vintage Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher Wohnung von rd. 30 m² und teilweise Sicht-Sandstein Mauern. Von April-September bieten wir einen Sitzplatz im Freien, Süd-Seite. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strassenbahn (5 min.) sind fußläufig zu erreichen; ideale Anbindung an die Autobahn (Karlsbad). Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Grüne (Nordschwarzwald) und in nahe gelegene Städte (z.B. Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim).

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft im 2. OG unseres ökologische Holzhauses. Alle Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und vermitteln durch die hohen Decken ein Gefühl von Freiraum. Im Bad steht neben der Dusche auch eine große Badewanne zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es ein Waschmaschine. Auf dem großen Südbalkon kann man wunderbar im Schatten der Nussbaums entspannen. In der Wohnküche befindet sich u.a. ein gemütliches Sofa und ein 55 Zoll TV mit eignem Netflix Zugang.

The 200 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of this half-timbered house dating back to 1730 and is suitable for 1-4 adults & 2 children. The house is located in an idyllic village with a bakery, restaurants and other shops within walking distance. The surrounding area offers numerous excursions and hiking opportunities, including those in the Black Forest.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem idyllischen kleinem Ort mit wunderschönen Spazierwegen, Weinbergen und dem Aalkistensee die man fußläufig erreichen kann. Auch die Bushaltestelle, ein Bahnhof, Bäcker und kleine Hofläden sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

This cozy 1st floor apartment is located in the southern part of Pforzheim city centre, near to Pforzheim University, City Center and Helios hospital. The bus stop is just around the corner with a perfect direct connection in few minutes to Pforzheim University, the train station, city center as well as all other activities around. You will get everything you need for a comfortable stay: a double bed, WIFI with high speed internet, kitchen, big balcony, bathroom and your privacy.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Das Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit Küchenbereich, Bad, eigenem Eingangsbereich, Terrasse und Parkplatz bietet Ihnen bestmöglichen Komfort. Es liegt sehr naturnah am Feldrand, die Straßenbahn Richtung Karlsruhe und Bretten ist in zehn Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
