Large bedroom where the beds can be separated, and the open-plan kitchen/living room has a pull-out sofa and a pull-out chair. A ski storage room is available for use.

Moderni ja viihtyisä hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi sijaitsee Salmilammella vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rukan keskustan monipuolisista palveluista. Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Huippu sijainnilla Kuusamon ydinkeskustassa saunallinen ja lasitetulla isolla parvekkeella oleva huoneisto. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sekä loppusiivous sisältyvät siivousmaksun hintaan. Asunnosta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen astioista pyykinpesukoneeseen. Lämmityspaikka autolle asunnon edessä ja pienen kävelymatkan päästä löytyy linja-autoasema ja ski-bussipysäkki talviaikaan, ravintolat sekä ruokakauppoja. Asunto on erittäin siisti ja asunnossa ei ole kenenkään henkilökohtaisia tavaroita!
