Gas cooking ring, basic set of pots & plates, fridge & kettle. Wifi is on a solar panel and UPS so always works during power cuts. A few mins scooter ride to Sairee beach with it's shops, restaurants & bars. Or a 15-20 min walk to the beach, shops etc and double that to come back as it's up a hill.
