I have to warn you definitely not a hook up spot or party house!!! typically rise with rooster on this 5 acre country setting with a small fishing pond. 420 friendly .. Quiet hours are 11 -8 generally some music playing, musicians are welcome !! if you happen to book on a Sunday i host an Open Mic in my Barn every Sunday ..... pretty relaxed. Upon arriving, turn into the driveway, and then right into the yard. Apartment is upstairs, the door is open with the keys inside. ✌️

Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.
