This is a great spot to stay if you are going to visit tOSU. We were there for the weekend for hockey and basketball game. On street parking makes it easy to have a car. The snacks provided were great plus coffee and tea perfect to hold us over between events and such. Great spot - would stay again if in area. We were bummed the weather didn't cooperate to use the Firepit !! Maybe next time !

We came into town very late, and because of this Tracy left the porch light and the tv screen on so it wasn’t completely dark on arrival. It was such a sweet and small gesture that made arriving after a long day better! Very clean space, pool table was nice. I would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly how described! Beautiful inside and fully equipped with everything you will need! The only downfall was the parties on Tuesday and Saturday evening until 3 am next door but luckily where the baby was sleeping was quiet with the sound machine! Plenty of parking on the street on both sides! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Jennifer‘s lovely farmhouse in the country was exactly what we needed for a good night’s sleep. A very comfortable bed and pillows, a super clean bathroom, just steps away, a beautiful cat in the hallway outside our bedroom to greet us in the morning and the cackle of chickens to wish us well as we drove off. For friendliness, value, cleanliness, and kindness, you could hardly find a better place to stay in Delaware, Ohio!

Nice, quiet place in the woods. Being tall, I always appreciate a shower where I don't have to bend over to get my head wet! The bed was comfy with cozy blankets. Teresa was super friendly, helpful and communicative.

Yvonne place was absolutely stunning!! It was comfortable and spacious! It was definitely a great place to stay for a night. We even got to see the little black kitty! Honestly will definitely keep this place in mind! It was amazing! All the little snacks, water even the extra shower amenities was so sweet!

The air bnb was awesome. Everything that was in the listing was provided. Michelle was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again if we visited again. The town was beautiful, and everything was in walking distance.

I was in town for work and Rob’s place was great. It was clean and looked exactly like pictures showed. There’s a bar within walking distance with great food.

As a Chicago Airbnb host myself, I can see the clear thought and intention Vicki put into every aspect of this home to make it functional, comfortable, welcoming and charming. She thought through every detail and even had some lovely welcome snacks and treats which were much appreciated and unexpected. Vicki has an artist's eye and her place reflected this - original art, playful details, solid real furnishings and beautiful details. There was nothing boring about this place and we'll definitely be back. Don't miss a visit to the charming gallery on the first floor, well stocked bookstore across the street and Vicki's dining recommendations were also total wins. We were touring Kenyon college which was an easy drive - under 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this place for anyone considering it.

Such a lovely place and such a warm welcome! I had work to do while I was staying with Jennifer. She provided beautiful eggs from their chickens and other food. It was an easy place to set up 'shop' and a relaxing place to be between visits with my daughter at the University. Very convenient to Denison U.

A beautiful place on a rambling farm with terrific birdwatching and lovely trees. Marion was kind and helpful, a great communicator. The room has large windows looking out to the pond. It's a wonderful retreat.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful, the rooms immaculate, and the location perfect. We enjoyed spending some time with the hosts and, of course, the dog! Communication was prompt, check-in was easy. All in all, a great experience. Would certainly stay again.

The Americana Room we stayed in was adorable. So many thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in beautiful settings. A great find! We would love to stay again if we return to Mansfield.

My husband and I were looking for a place that allowed dogs close to family in Ashland and we found the perfect spot in Sandy and Marks beautiful home. My only regret was not being able to stay for the homemade breakfast Sandy had made. We needed to leave early that morning for some business that needed attending to. We look forward to coming back and having some breakfast with the both of you. Mia loved every minute of her stay and thanks you as well for welcoming her into your home. This is the second time we stayed here and it was as great as before! Will stay again!

We probably have lost count of how many times we have stayed here with Bryan and Ruth. Every time is special. They are engaging and friendly and have lots of ideas for places to go, things to do, and direct you to the best places to eat. The location is perfect if you want to go to Mohican, Amish Country, Loudonville, Malabar Farm, Shawshank, Mid-Ohio, Canoe Liveries, Hiking trails, Hemlock Falls, and so on. The best part is how Bryan and Ruth are so hospitable and accommodating. From a roaring fire and a homemade morning breakfast is simply the capper to a great stay of comfortable overnight accommodations. We’d give 10 stars if we could!

This place was very clean and we appreciated the continental breakfast and flexibility of a possible late check in. Very convenient location too. Things to keep in mind if you are booking is to bring ear plugs for traffic and fridge noise. Also if sensitive, there is a strong air freshener/fragrance in the room.
