This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

Our property is ideal for a couple, situated on the GROUND FLOOR, (we leave on the second floor) completely privet, by acoustic divide wall, with all the comforts of home. It’s surrounded by our native garden. You can explore the endless bush walks in the Dandenong ranges and parks. The area is full of coffee shops, unique little gem shops and treasures, great restaurants award winning distillery and a cinema.

Spacious garden apartment

Our spacious 2-bedroom, self-contained guest suite, located directly behind our house, is a "home away from home." You will have your own private entrance, with a path leading up the side of the house to your front sliding door. The off-street parking is very convenient, and you will find all the comforts you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Knox. This guest suite, with blinds in every room, is in a quiet residential area and parties and gatherings are not permitted.

This peaceful studio is 5 mins from Dandenong Ranges National Park and has all you need to make your short stay as comfortable as can be. With simple cooking facilities if you decide you want to stay in , or a plethora of restaurants in the area you will be spoilt for choice. 2 mins walk and you will be amongst towering tree ferns on Griffiths creek or 5 mins drive at a shopping complex in Boronia. The studio attached to the main house has its own private entrance.
