Kamena Villa Katarina udaljena je samo 50m od mora te 80m od centra mjesta Klimno. Iz ville se pruža pogled na more, zelenilo i dvorište. Plaže u okolici su šljunčanog i betonskog tipa. Ova villa sa dvije spavaće sobe idealna je za 4-6 osoba. U prizemlju se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe i kupaonica, a na prvom katu dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
