In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Ferienhaus in Alleinlage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

We are a family of four, and while we are staying abroad for a while, we are offering our family house to guests. That’s why we wanted to share our home with nice people like you. Spacious modern apartment in Zgornje Gorje

Spacious top floor (loft) of a completely renovated house in Zgornje Gorje in the village center with a view of surrounding hills and mountains, close to Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge and Pokljuka. The place accommodates 4 adults in 2 bedrooms. With an advance notice, we can organize an additional mattress for a child or a crib for an infant. We used to host the whole house for 10 guests but we renovated it, and now we offer two separate apartments.

Vila Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Lendhäuschen

Own small house with garden and balcony. Very centrally located in the center of Klagenfurt. The city center is only 2-3 minutes walk away. Direct proximity to the Lendhafen, where several nice coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found. The Wörthersee (lake) is also in the immediate vicinity and can be reached very well in a short time on foot or by bike (Lendradweg) or by public transport.
