A full kitchen, bbq, portable a/c, electric fireplace, laundry, parking, and picnic area under a massive old willow make this property special. It is walking distance to Island Center Forest for hiking or mountain biking, and just 3/10 of a mile from Vashon town with fabulous restaurants, galleries, and wineries and breweries. Small dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. NO CATS due to allergies.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Bright cozy studio cottage on the north end of Vashon. Puget Sound, Mount Baker and nature views. Newly renovated throughout with large deck to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and water views. Quiet neighborhood within 10-15min walking distance to and from the ferry (note there is an incline as we are on the hill above). Deer, hawks, eagles and more surround the property. Come enjoy a local jewel and experience small island living, just a 20 minute ferry ride away from Seattle!

Bright, Garden View "Guest House" at Ferngully

Full garden views, bright and modern secluded "guest house" 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The space is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The room has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.

There are 5 acres of mountain and sea views, extensive Japanese gardens, ponds, fir and cedar groves. This is a peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). National Forest and Park trails are ten minutes away.
