This space is the upstairs level of my home. It has its own outside stairway for your entrance. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom has a TV. Bathroom with tub shower, kitchenette with keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and fridge. This kitchenette/ living area has relaxing area with 2 recliners, computer desk, kitchen table, pantry closet and a 50 inch TV. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

The open concept kitchen and living room with large peninsula and barstools and large smart tv makes for a great gathering place . If you're in the area for work, a wedding, sports and whatever it may be, this place is Almost Home. Full disclosure, the entryway is not quite finished, but does not affect the guest quarters.
