Private Cosy Annexe Central Location in Small Town

Centrally located in Winterton comfortable for a singleton, couple or couple with child with a host of food outlets, pubs and shops conveniently located on your doorstep. Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes.

The Old Penny Bank

This cosy cottage is located on the High St in Barrow upon Humber. The High street forms the backbone of the historic conservation area. The cottage existed as a shop since the 1800’s and later ‘The Penny Bank’ and has now been modernised. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a short or extended stay. Apartment with hot tub, near beach and Lincs wolds

Beautiful self-contained apartment, attached to our large family home in the beautiful farming village of Keelby with hot tub, fire pit, bikes, and a paddle board, your our private entrance and parking space . Perfectly located 20 mins from Cleethorpes and set in the countryside of the wolds, market towns, and plenty and historic cities Lincoln and Kingston upon Hull. Humberside airport is also 10 minutes away if you want to start your international holiday early or flying in on business.

Get ready to relax in a peaceful hideaway on the edge of the conservation village of Scawby. Fully contained, fully furnished flat set in the grounds of a country home. Situated close to the M180 this is an ideal spot for those visiting the area or working in Scunthorpe, Brigg, Barton and Elsham for both short and long term stays. The Mill - at The Old Granary, a contemporary barn

The Old Granary is a family run, high quality, contemporary converted barn located on a working potato farm in the rural village of Owmby, North Lincolnshire. The barn consists of three modern apartments which are ideal for both short and lengthy stays. Our apartments are The Gables (2 bed), The Mill (1 bed), The Smithy (1 bed). The Mill has been renovated to a high standard providing a contemporary feel whilst maintaining the original exposed beams and features where possible.

A charming, fully furnished one bedroom detached cottage set in the grounds of a Grade II listed house on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Ashby cum Fenby. A walk away from Hall Farm Restaurant and a great location for work or walking and cycling around the Wolds. Secluded Barn set within private 150 acres

A beautiful 18th Century brick barn. Spacious and light, open plan kitchen, dining table and comfortable living area with a large open log fire and a 49" TV with Netflix. Set in 150 acres of private unspoilt woodland and pasture, great for walks & picnics. Heating, free wifi and ample parking. On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. 10 minutes to the M180, 20 minutes to the Humber Bridge and 30 minutes from Lincoln.

Very private self-contained accommodation.

Detached very private flat with its own entrance situated opposite award-winning park and leisure centre, in a peaceful location within a short walk to Barton upon Humbers town centre. This accommodation includes free off-road parking private kitchen with a dining area and a walk-in shower. (This flat can also accommodate a child if required there is a travel bed and bedding provided)
