Bay Dreamer - comfortable seaside getaway

So close...Hear the waves lap the beach from Bay Dreamer. New to the holiday rental market and has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet and polished timber floors. With views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular from the living areas and main bedroom. The kitchen has an electric stove top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has gas hot water, bbq & heater, ceiling fans+AC and a spacious bathroom. A second shower is located in the laundry and off the carport is a second toilet.

Summer Salt Beach House

Summer Salt has 2 separate self contained areas. Upstairs has its own living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (main bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom 1 x double, 2 singles - in total, upstairs sleeps 6) Downstairs also has living area, kitchen and bathroom, laundry and 1 bedroom (1x queen and 2 singles)-sleeps 4. Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas - one huge deck overlooking the ocean and one covered outdoor area, downstairs has a 2 covered outdoor areas. Perfect for 2 families.

Location: - Absolute Beachfront (no roads to cross) - Steps away from the sand - Summer-patrolled beach - Can catch a nice wave and watch the resident dolphins - Above a great cafe - Directly opposite an IGA, pizza place, Chinese restaurant, pharmacy and bottle shop. Modern 2 bedroom BUNGALOW with water views from your balcony. The property offers absolute water access to own private jetty & lake. Great for all water sports swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, fishing etc. There is access at the back of the property to launch small boats for larger ones there is a ramp close by at Basin View. Weather permitting you can anchor your boat at the back ready for your days activities. Large off street parking area . A short stroll to Hotel & shops.

May nominate second bedroom as king bed or as two singles.Great views even in bed, or from the deck chairs to watch the breakers, surfers, dolphins , whales or cross the road to join them.

Ideally located waterfront property in the centre of town. Enjoy the expansive views over the water from the balcony and living areas. Located opposite great swimming beach and foreshore park. Easy stroll to restaurants and cafes. Picturesque walking and bike track across the road follows the bay to Vincentia and beyond to Sanctuary Point. Two outdoor areas both with outdoor settings and one with BBQ. Large, spacious lounge and dining areas have great views over the water.
