Whether it’s a vacation, staycation or business trip, this Airbnb is idea for you. ++LIVING ROOM++ From the front door you will access a bright open plan living room with 2 sofas and a smart TV with free NETFLIX The white 3 seater sofa folds out into a full sofa bed for guests 3 and 4. **please note - if only 2 guests are staying but you require the sofa bed, you MUST advise the host in advance and a sofa bed charge of £10 will be required** ++KITCHEN++ Renovated in March/April 2019, the brand NEW kitchen is stylish and contemporary. Fully equipped, you’ll be able to prepare yourself fresh food and drinks at your own leisure. ++SUN ROOM/DINING ROOM++ A great space for those here on business using laptops and tablets looking for a quiet spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee whilst getting work done. A lovely spot for guests who wish to dine in and don’t fancy eating on their laps. ++BEDROOM++ Bedroom is located upstairs. KING SIZE bed dress in fresh white linen. The room also features an amazing mezzanine gallery. The room is relaxing, has a double wardrobe and hair dryer. ++GARDEN PATIO++ The garden patio is a great space to enjoy drinks, nibbles and the evening sun. It’s secluded on all sides and leads straight out from the sunroom. ++BATHROOM++ The bathroom is also upstairs. Full sized bath and shower. Towels provided with shampoo and conditioner also. Dogs are welcome - however, pet dogs (those that are not used as guide dogs) MUST message the host in advance and also pay a dog fee of £10 - this will be collected by the host via Airbnb. Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Orchard
The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know before booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away

In a block of only four apartments looking out onto a rose garden, parking for one car (no vans/trucks are permitted to be parked on site) and a garage if you wish to park inside it. Direct buses into the city centre right outside and just a 20 minute walk to the popular cafe-bars and shops of Newland Avenue. Rear communal garden. 35 mins drive to coastal beaches.

A beautiful and welcoming cottage situated in the small village of Seaton, East Yorkshire, 5 minutes from the seaside town of Hornsea. The cottage is a perfect retreat for a couple wishing to explore the wonderful East Yorkshire Coast or just looking for a relaxing break. There is a kitchen, dining / living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom with a comfy double bed, 1 bathroom and a private patio area, all accessible on one floor. Up to 2 well behaved four legged friends are welcome.

Hull Town House, Avenues and Dining Quarter
This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.

Whether your visit is a short break or an extended stay, we offer an ideal base for exploring both Beverley and the East Riding. Located on a quiet street with views overlooking the beautiful Minster, the property provides 3 bedrooms catering for up to 6 guests and has off street parking for 3 cars. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.

Charming two bedroom cottage
Relax with the family at this period 2 bedroom cottage situated near the heart of historic market town, Hedon. All local amenities, including pubs, restaurants, take aways, and shops are within a short walk. Free road side parking outside of the cottage. Hedon is situated in a convenient location to explore the East Yorkshire coast and it’s beaches, Burton Constable Hall, the city of Kingston Upon Hull, and is within reach of Beverley, Hornsea and Spurn Point.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage
An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
