An idyllic beach haven set in the heart of South Devon. The Bolt Hole has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 with a superking, king and two single beds. Beautifully presented throughout with a nautical and rustic theme, and in a great location for water-sports, restaurants and waterside dining, just a few minutes from all local amenities. The property is perfect all year round with a great sun spot for relaxing in the hot tub (£50 Charge), firing up the BBQ and cosying up in front of the wood-burner.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
