Neighborhood is safe and dog friendly for Newark with a path for dogs one block away. Unit has all amenities listed and offers a comfortable space. Floor is tiled and cooler yet the heater works wonders. Last but not least the owner was more than helpfull with checkout and information.

Sara made our stay very enjoyable with her help and advice both before and during our stay. She gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and even made a reservation for us during the first night of our stay. When something came up during our stay, she responded quickly and addressed the issue. Since we were traveling to several of the NY boroughs, being near a subway stop (L train) made it very efficient to get around. I recommend this place if you are planning to visit Brooklyn and the surrounding area.

We stayed one night at Levi's place prior to the Brooklyn Haf Marathon. It was easy to find, safe, very clean, and quiet. There's a great coffee place across the street and we had the best meal ever at Arden's close by. Would definitely recommend!

El alojamiento es tal y como sale en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio, todo ordenado y lo único malo es que tuvimos que reiniciar el wifi muchas veces porque dejaba de funcionar. La zona es tranquila y no hay mucho que hacer, pero recomendaría este alojamiento 100%, ya q tienes 15 minutos andando al metro y te deja en los principales sitios de New York!

Sanjana’s place was so homey and peaceful. She was such a considerate, communicative and kind host. She made sure we felt comfortable the entire time, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The space has everything you need, including a space heater that helped so much on a cold and rainy night. There are plenty of great food places nearby and the waterfront views of NYC are just a few minutes away.

I genuinely loved Georgias place! It was perfect for my friend and I! It provided everything we needed and more out of a stay! It was very private and located in a beautiful and quiet area! I would love to come back and stay again!

Came for a birthday trip with a group of 4, the place was great and looked just like the pictures! Extremely spacious, TVs in nearly every room and the kitchen and bathroom are amazing! Would definitely stay again.

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

The apartment is new, convenient and well-equipped. The furniture and all accessories were brand new at the time of our stay (April 2025), we hope that the guests and the owners will keep everything in such a good shape in the future. This hotel-style unit is spacious and quiet, facing a large inner plaza, with double-glazed windows that are effective against noise. The Manhattan view is great, day and night, as mentioned in most of the guest reviews. There are Venetian blinds on the large windows but be aware that they don't completely block the morning light from the east (if you are sensitive to this issue). The bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. Jeff is super-responsive and cooperative, willing to satisfy his guests. In general, Hoboken is a very pleasant small town and New York is easily accessible from there. In conclusion: A highly recommended Airbnb apartment in Hoboken NJ.

Convenient way to stay with my family of 6 and 3 small dogs. Very clean and modern. I saved a lot of money for a 3 day vacation which looks better than a hotel.

Great location. The apartment was the perfect size. Close to public transport. There is a beautiful cafe around the corner, and a restaurant on the ground floor.

Brian was very helpful and attentive! The place was excellent. If you have a car he has an available space for parking. All shops are near by!

For my ladies in particular this place has a feminine aesthetic that most do not have which is why this space is definitely my first choice when I visit Hoboken & New York!

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

My husband, myself and a friend stayed at Sheri’s place for 10 days. The home was spotless when we first arrived and always felt like home when we arrived home after a long day of sight-seeing. Even though the listing states 1.5 bath, we were delighted to have a full, yet tiny, bathroom, complete with shower. The Utica station is a 15 minute walk, and the trains will take you anywhere in Manhattan. My suggestion is to download the MTA app and purchase a 7 day, unlimited metro card which you can do at the station. We ate in every night since restaurants around there are sparse. However, a marvelous grocery store is 2 blocks up. We always stopped there on the way home. One huge perk, since we took the red-eye flight from CA, Shemi allowed us to drop off our luggage. Therefore, if you wish to stay in a peaceful neighborhood without the hustle-bustle of staying closer to downtown Brooklyn, Shemi’s Crown Heights Jewel is for you.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in New York! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war reibungslos, und das Apartment liegt perfekt – zahlreiche Restaurants und Shops sind direkt in der Nähe. Der Strassenlärm war anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit Oropax haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This place was awesome -- clean, large, newly renovated, comfortable beds, and surprisingly quiet given its stellar location at the junction of Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Walkable to all that is wonderful in both areas. Close to the train, restaurants, the park, and shopping. Couldn't have asked for and/or wanted anything better! Plus, Christopher was very responsive and communicative throughout. Perfect!!

Nick is very responsive and helpful. I didn't need help with places to go, etc., but really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was through the night.

The place is very cozy and located in a quiet, safe community close to the beach. Galla is a great host, always quickly responded to all our requests. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Galla’s place!
