Ce n’était pas mon 1er séjour à New York, mais pour une 1ere dans le New Jersey j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Manhattan est très facilement accessible, en 20 minutes, les bus très fréquents et la vue sur la skyline est magique. À proximité du logement vous pourrez y trouver toutes les commodités, rendant le séjour encore plus pratique. Enfin, pour ce qui est de l’appartement et de sa propriétaire, tout était conforme aux descriptions. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel, la literie agréable, Paola a laissé sur place un guide particulièrement pratique pour faciliter et agrémenter le séjour. Je ne peux que recommander l’hôte et son logement et n’hésiterai pas à en parler autour de moi ou y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour .

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage um nach NYC zu gehen. Mit ÖV ca 40min. Den Eingang zur Unterkunft zu finden, war nicht so einfach. Evt würde eine auffällige Plastikblume am Garagentor oder etwas anderes auffälliges helfen. Speziell, wenn man aus Europa kommt (späte Ankunft) mit starkem Jetlag. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht für ein paar Tage im Big Apple. Sollten wir je wieder nach NYC kommen, würde ich sofort wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

muy amable los anfitriones quienes nos permitieron ingresar antes del horario y nos ayudaron a resolver un problema que tuvimos con la pérdida de un teléfono en la vía pública. Atentos y bien predispuestos. El hospedaje cerca de transporte público para llegar al centro de Manhattan . Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos allí.

Clean and spacious house for our New York stay. Kevin was very communicative and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Queens.

It was so beautiful and prepped so nicely. Everything was so clean and it was such a peaceful area. Host was very responsive and there was cleaning supplies, along with extra sheets and towels. Overall loved this listing and would stay here again!

Robert’s place was amazing. It is clean and have everything I need for a great stay. The property is well located. I will be back on my next trip to NY.

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better

The stay was really nice. The details of the Airbnb were really put together nicely. The host does stay downstairs in the basement but it was like he wasn’t even there. I would definitely recommend. The WiFi connection wasn’t the best but over all I’d rate 9/10
