Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

The view from the front balconies of this house was fantastic! We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers stay for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all of us to each have our own bedroom. The location is great, we could walk to train station, the boardwalk is right in front of you, with the beach just beyond that. Playground just down one block. The master suite is very pleasant, with a huge soaking tub to relax in. Be ready to do some stair climbing to get in, but if that is the price to pay for the views it is worth it! You have to come up two flights of stairs to get into the main floor of the unit, and the master suite is on the third floor, providing great privacy. Beds were comfortable, unit was nicely decorated. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Edwin was a great host who provided timely responses to any of our questions.

The stay at this home was so lovely. It was super clean & comfortable. Each room was an even temperature & very cozy. Not to mention the location was perfect. You are literally within walking distance to amenities, supermarkets, restaurants and retail stores. It's and easy 15 min drive to Metlife Stadium and The American Dream mall which was such an experience. This home comfortably fit 8 people with room to spare. I will have to say my family and I gave our stay a 10 out of 10. Thank you Peretz!

Altogether, a great stay! The hosts are super responsive and kind. Francisco even held the space in front of the house for us to park in when we arrived. The entire space was spotless, the beds are very comfortable and there are lots of extra touches like terry robes and shower shoes in each closet, bottled water in the fridge, and music playing when we arrived. The hot tub is a great perk, too! We were in town to visit Hofstra so we didn’t get to explore the neighborhood but it felt very safe. A couple of things worth noting: - They have a rule about not flushing TP that I didn’t see until check in. I asked if that meant literally no TP and they said small quantities are ok. We were careful and did not have any trouble with the plumbing. - They also mention not using their white towels for cleaning make up off and provide little black washcloths you can use. - They have a no heavy cooking rule so the kitchen has dishes and glassware but just 1 pot & 1 pan.

This was our second stay at Robert’s place and once again we really enjoyed staying at his house. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and the house is great. Would definitely stay there again.

Manuel's home was absolutely beautiful and a delight to stay in with our large family. Beautiful neighborhood, nicely decorated, and felt right at home (especially with our toddler, older child, and two older parents).
