Offering private self contained ground floor apartment annexed to host house with a picture window view of the garden and Mt Wellington. Free WiFi & parking onsite. Queen bedroom. Cosy lounge/dining. Kitchenette/laundry. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Walk by historic Alexandra Battery built in the 1880s overlooking Derwent River. Ten minutes drive to Salamanca and Battery Point or bus on corner. Beach, shops, cafes at Long Beach. UTAS & WrestPoint Convention Centre 2km away.

Breathtaking Harbour and City Views with Privacy.

Amazing 225 degree views over Hobart. Spacious quiet flat under the main house at the top of Sandy Bay. Separate private entrance. Quiet homely experience. Great all day sun and views. Easy access to all areas. Note there is NOT an OVEN but there is a plugin frypan, portable induction cooktop and microwave. Free off street and on the street parking. Uber to Salamanca and restaurant scene $15. The perfect base to explore Southern Tasmania!!
