Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

The beach walk along the ocean edge from North Avoca to Avoca main beach is so inviting where you can enjoy the local culinary delights and sights. Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

Sky High with spectacular views over the ocean is close to all Terrigal has to offer. It is your home away from home with everything provided so you can just walk in and start relaxing before exploring the area. Lots of cafes and restaurants to enjoy or perhaps a stroll along the beach boardwalk to the Haven and Skillion .At this time of year the whales migrate you may get lucky.. Beautiful Bouddi national park is only 25 mins away where there are amazing walking trails to be enjoyed.

The Stables, a secluded 1 bedrooom retreat, is situated on 2.5 acres in the semi-rural area of Holgate on the Central Coast of NSW (approx. 1 hour north of Sydney). This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.
