Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur.

Includes WiFi, Foxtel, Netflix, heating and a full kitchen. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away from Avalon Beach and shops. Short walk to amazing coffee and fantastic brunch. We also supply beach towels and a longboard.
