The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Hideaway is easily accessed, has its own parking and small enclosed private garden. It is situated in the thriving, pretty village of St Teath. Owners live adjacent to The Hideaway and are available if needed.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Boutique stay near Boscastle with log fire

The old stables has been converted into a cosy space with a wood burning fire. Surrounded by 7 acres of mature gardens and fields there is plenty of outside space to relax and explore. Up to two dogs welcome. Shared space available in the Victorian conservatory. Free parking with electric car charging points available, we ask you leave a donation for electricity used to charge your car. Eco toiletries provided.

The Lodge

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. If you would like a peaceful setting with outside space and stunning views then The Lodge is the place for you. There is a hot tub to relax in and take in the views . It has a kitchen with all you need to cook a meal if you want to stay in or places to eat out if preferred. Beach within 15mins or lovely walks or cycling nearby.
