It is on the top floor (that's why we call it The Penthouse) giving amazing 270 degree views over the roof tops of the surrounding mountains. From the living room there are outstanding views over the town and of Skiddaw and Latrigg. And of Derwentwater, Borrowdale Valley and the surrounding mountains from the kitchen.

We have recently undertaken a further upgrade to improve the property, replacing the bathroom, flooring and putting in fire doors. Armchairs give way across the room to a wrought iron double-bed. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.
