The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars.

This cabin has recently finished construction and is located on my 26 acre ranch on a beautiful hilltop about 5 miles outside of Fredericksburg. We have a horse and three donkeys that guests can feed upon request. Our guests love the fabulous views and sunsets, the quiet serenity, and the well thought out cabin amenities. The Riverside Cabin was originally constructed in 1935 as a Hill Country get-away to accommodate hunting, fishing and river activities. It is located on the original route to the Old Spanish Trail on the banks of the Guadalupe River, within 1/2 mile of Comfort's Historic District. Situated on 10 acres, the cabin is a quiet, private retreat and a comfortable central location for exploring the Hill Country.
