Our place is just 10 minutes from Kerrville, 5 minutes from Comfort and 30 minutes from Hunt & Fredericksburg. We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with live water on two sides of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 10 Acres nestled on 600' of Guadalupe river frontage. Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with semi-private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car). Two bedrooms (one king plus two queen beds), plus two sets of bunk beds in living room (total four twin beds), plus two small sleeper sofas (for kids) in one of the bedrooms - can sleep 8 guests comfortably, plus 2 kids on really small sleeper sofas. Pet friendly - we love dogs and welcome them! :)
