Amazing two-story house nestled high up in the trees. A true treehouse! This treehouse sits amongst a forest of poplar trees and feels very secluded and private. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

Come enjoy this peaceful private getaway in a beautiful country setting that is still close to town and the bourbon trail. The cottage offers two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and one bath with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, front and back covered porches, and don't forget the animals! We have mini Highland and High Park cattle, a horse, friendly barn cats, and spacious natural surroundings. There is also a walking trail along the woods, and a beautiful pond. Dogs welcome too!

The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Located on 20 acres in the beautiful hills of Kentucky, you will be AMAZED at the sunsets and quietness. There are no near neighbors except the chirping birds and our horses to pet, watch, and feed. 12 acres of peace and quiet in Campton. You can wander the trails, kick back by the firepit, or just take in the forest views. Evenings are for porch sunsets, hot tub stargazing, and the sound of birds all around. Inside, there’s a vintage Ms. Pac-Man for a little throwback fun. We’re about 15 miles from Red River Gorge, but it feels like you’ve got the whole place to yourself—no close neighbors, no traffic, just dark skies and starry nights.
