It was a relief when the host replied us immediately when we found out a small mishap at the bathroom upon the arrival. He quickly responded and proceeded to help solve the issue within the same 2 hours without causing any extra hassles. Our stay was definitely pleasant!

Comfy space in a strategic area. There's a small convenience store downstairs, so can get things without having to drive out as well. The washer is a plus too!

One of the best Service Residence I’ve stayed in Penang. The unit is professionally decorated and managed, check in at the lobby was really easy and pleasant and the entire unit is remarkably clean and exactly as the photo. I totally recommend to others to stay here. The price is at the top of the range and might be higher than other Airbnb but you will be staying at a really 5-star service residence and worth your money!

Great place to stay and extremely helpful service provided. Host also has suggestions on vehicle rental for those travelling in group and allows flexible pickup and drop off at the airport. Definitely a great find and good location between Chenang and Kuah.

Stayed 2 nights at Anis's Airbnb with family. Easy check-in. Such a homely vibe & extremely comfortable. Recommended to others. The place is near to Lotus Stargate, just 4 mins drive. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Anis!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this homestay and it met all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process a breeze. Chloe the owner was always just a message away, ready to assist with any questions or requests we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The kitchen was stocked with modern appliances and utensils, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. The decor was charming and inviting, creating a warm atmosphere that felt like home. We loved the outdoor space as well, which was perfect for family gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay🥰

Superb place for a total blackout retreat holiday, Everything is complete, No WiFi no cable TV so can totally shutout if you wish, Nice view from a older accommodation, peaceful and tranquil area in Penang, Highly recommended good host

Garren is very thoughtful and proactive, before we arrive he informed us there will be a scheduled water supply disruption, he also prepared for us two extra large bucket fully filled with water in each bathroom. Fortunately the water supply disruption recovered before we arrive. The house is clean and tidy upon our arrival. The location is conveniently situated close to many attraction and eateries. The house's windows and balcony are facing the sea, we very much enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the sea, surrounding heritage buildings and bustling activity below especially in the morning and evening. Overall it is well worthy of recommendation.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!
