Our unique villa is situated at the Ionian coast of Saranda. Part of a compound of four villas, it offers a wonderful view of the sea with a direct exit to the beach. On the ground floor, there is a large living space with a fireplace and a bathroom. Three double rooms are located in the upper floor, while on the top, there is a bedroom linked to a stunning veranda. Surrounded by a careful gardening touch, our villa becomes the perfect place for those who need a peaceful state of mind.

Kohyli Apartment is a fully renovated studio located right on the beach, perfect for moments of fun and relaxation. Enjoy the stunning sea view and direct access to semi-private beach.
