We had an amazing stay at Stella’s apartment in Coral Bay! Stella is so lovely and helpful—she made sure we had everything we needed and even brought us some nice treats like olive oil, jam, beers, and more. The apartment is beautiful, with a stunning sea view, a lovely pool, and an incredible vegetable garden that we used for cooking. We highly recommend staying at Stella’s place. Thank you so much Stella!

Natalie was extremely helpful, and was able to answer all questions we had. her English was great and we felt comfortable. even when we were unsure of weather, public transport she was able to answer us and make us feel comfortable. location is great if you have a car and there is free parking

We had a nice stay here, the view from the terrace is very nice, you can sit outside and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, also the general communication was very relaxed. There was also a parking lot under the house, it was a bit tight but you could have parked anywhere on the street too. If you are traveling by car, this apartment is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Thanks to the flynet you can also sleep with the window open at night. A few of the things seemed a bit old (deck chairs outside, awning..) but all in all for the price it was fine. We would stay here again :)

Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war top – schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Auch die Beschreibung des Zugangs zur Wohnung war sehr klar und hilfreich. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist schön gross, gut geschnitten und hervorragend gelegen. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ein grosses Plus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist eher pragmatisch gehalten, funktional und zweckmässig. Für uns hat einzig eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. Sehr praktisch ist die Möglichkeit, die Einrichtungen des Hotels mitzubenutzen. Allerdings sind das Hallenbad und der Fitnessbereich leider in einem ziemlich schlechten Zustand – im Hallenbad lösen sich zum Beispiel die Platten im Wasser. Positiv hervorzuheben ist aber, dass sich in unmittelbarer Nähe ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio befindet, das für 10 Euro pro Eintritt zugänglich ist. Paphos selbst ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem kann ich die Ferienwohnung trotz kleinerer Abzüge sehr weiterempfehlen!

Pobyt idealny! Apartament jest blisko basenu, restauracji, centrum a przede wszystkim pięknych plaż i zachodów słońca! Pomimo bliskości do tych wszystkich miejsc zakwaterowanie w cichym i spokojnym miejscu, pozwalającym uciec od zgiełku. Bardzo polecamy pobyt u Katheriny, miejsce jest świetnie zaopatrzone w naczynia, produkty higieniczne i elektroniczne. Polecamy serdecznie! 🌞

I would be happy to recommend you to stay at Nicos’ flat as my experience was amazing. The flat was clean and fully prepared, Nicos gave all the instructions, shared recommended places and was helpful during my staying and questions. The location is great! 20 minutes to the old town or to the sea. The grocery and the shopping mall just nearby the flat.

I had a really lovely 9 nights stay at Cath & Ste's apartment in Peyia Paradise. It was comfortable and so very well equipped. Loads of crockery, utensils and some handy condiments etc. The terrace has sun from morning to evening and it's a fabulous size. Views from it are great, including some stunning sunsets. There's a table with 4 chairs, umbrella for shade if needed, a lounger and some nice lightweight sunbeds which are easy to take to the pool and back. There's even a bbq too. Cath & Ste were very responsive to any questions I had, also going out of their way to message me to let me know when the internet in the area went down for a while one morning. I definitely recommend having a car for your stay here. I'd have been a bit stuck without my rental! A really great apartment with equally great hosts. Thank you ! 😊

Alexia’s place was ideal! Within 5 minutes walking distance of all restaurants and bars. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful at all times. Would stay again.

This is a very homely place, quiet, peaceful and perfect as a base for us. I have stayed in Mandria many times as a regular Spring visitor and really enjoyed the double balcony on this place giving sunshine both early and late. Lots of little extras like oil, vinegar, salt pepper, sugar and coffee. Also UK TV and good Wi-Fi. I would be happy to return. In my opinion a car is needed to get the most from your stay.

Très belle expérience dans ce logement confortable, fidèle aux photos et parfaitement entretenu. Le quartier est paisible, tout en étant proche des commodités. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’aide précieuse de l’hôte dès notre arrivée : il nous a accompagné pour trouver une voiture de location, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour et d’explorer Chypre en toute liberté. Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande sans hésitation !

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Paphos, Cyprus. Demetri is a great host. He is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all enquiries. The property is very nice and clean. Location wise, the property is a 'stone throw' away from many restaurants and amenities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking. The harbour / swimming is about 3 minutes walking. Caffe Nero is less than a one minute walk. A great central location, close to everything Thank you again Demetri... we enjoyed your hospitality, with much appreciation, Abi and family

The apartment is in a quiet location and is a good base to explore the surrounding area - I'd say a car is essential. Everything required for a home-from-home break is available, though a cafetiere or similar would be a personal preference to kickstart the day - but that's just me! Guide booklet provides details of local amenities for those unfamiliar with the area. The owners are excellent communicators, even providing pre-visit videos of the exact location and a few other essentials.

Spent 65 days at Tracy’s home and loved every minute. Location was good - close enough to join in or just relax around the pool. The flat had everything we needed and the view of the sea from the flat was amazing. Tracy left a lot of local information for us which was very useful. The bus service is outstanding. John and Tamara the caretakers of the complex were always on hand to help and were a wealth of local knowledge and suggestions of places to visit. . A car is useful for exploring. Would highly recommend a visit to this bit of paradise.

We had a very nice stay at this appartment. The location is great, quiet and close to the beach (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive), the garden was amazing, especially for the kids and overall, we felt very comfortable during the whole stay. Thank you!

Very comfortable stay, great to have access to a kitchen, as well as the option for breakfast buffet and pool access at Droushia Heights right beside the apartments. Only 15 minutes to Latchi, it made it so that my short stay contained both mountain and beach beauty all together. Would recommend!

I booked this apartment for my parents as the original place we booked was nothing like the advert. Natalia was fantastic. It was great to know they were in safe hands. She was very responsive. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything they could need. They especially enjoyed the large balcony and how close they were to everything! claire fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pemdiente. la casa esta muy buen ubicada en relacion a los lugares de interes, playa, shoping. la terraza es lo mejor de departamento. departamento limpio, amplio, eramos 2 adultos con 2 niños y nos sentimos muy comodos. super recomiendo la casa de Claire

Andy bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie jest w super lokalizacji, wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o śniadania i atrakcje dla dzieci. Dwa baseny pod oknem robią robotę, cisza spokój na osiedlu. Klimatyzacja ratuje w tym cudownym upale. Piękna okolica. W mieszkaniu bardzo dużo miejsca, każdy czuł się swobodnie. Polecamy!
