Dyrøy Holiday - Lodge at the end of the road

Our cabin is situated in calm and lush surroundings at the end of the road on the island of Dyrøy. The island is sheltered from the open ocean by Senja. The legend tells that the famous Norwegian Viking chief Tore Hund (“Thor the Hound”) had his reindeer on the island and from that time the island is called Dyrøy - the animal island. Great place to relax and create memories of a lifetime! Private jaccuzzi, wood fired hot tub available.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

We are the proud owners of this very special cabin located right at the seafront. Modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish living room with panoramic views through the large windows facing the sea. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you will need and the bathroom is spacious with water closet and large shower. Dyrøya Kunstnervilla tilbyr ro og fantastisk natur med utsikt over hav og fjell. Om vinteren kan du gå på ski eller truger, og om sommeren kan du gå turer til fiskevann eller høyder med 360-graders utsikt. Det er i tillegg bare en 5 minutters spasertur til sjøen. Dyrøya Kunstnervilla kan leies i perioder hvor vi ikke har kunstnere på residensopphold. I disse periodene er alle hjertelig velkommen til å leie.
