Mirno mjesto Kaštelir je idealno za provesti vaš godišnji odmor u miru i relaksaciji. U našem objektu osjećati ćete se kao kod kuće i ništa vam neće nedostajati, uživati ćete uz veliki bazen u kojem ćete se rado osvježiti za vrućih dana. Na raspolaganju je i roštilj s velikim stolom u hladovini do bazena, dječje igralište, ljetna kuhinja/taverna i parking. Na prvom katu kuće su smještene sobe, kuhinje, kupatila, terasa. Besplatan WI-FI. U neposrednoj blizini objekta nalazi se Market i Mesnica.

Blick in diese besondere Gebäudekonstellation verliebt, mit viel Liebe komplett restauriert & ausgebaut. Sie können 2 Gärten, ein Haupthaus, ein Gästehaus, eine Loggia, einen gemauerten Außengrill und einen 40 m2 großen Swimmingpool für sich alleine nutzen. Hier kann man auch mit einer größeren Gruppe oder 2 Familien bequem und mit viel Platz Urlaub machen.

Unsere Villa bestehnd aus 2 Gebäuden liegt im idyllischen istrischen Dorf Gedici bei Poreč und bietet eine authentische ländliche Atmosphäre in unmittelbarer Nähe zu beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten und wunderschönen Stränden. Es handelt sich um ein historisches Steinhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail und unter Einbeziehung authentischer Elemente restauriert wurde. Unsere Villa bietet romantischen Charakter mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub in Meernähe.

Naša se kuća nalazi u mjestu Kaštelir-Labinci sa koje se pruža prekrasan panoramski pogled na more i zelenilo. Na raspolaganju su vam dnevni boravak, kuhinja, blagovaonica, tri spavaće sobe, dvije kupaonice, dvije terase, odvojeni prostor za rad na kompjuteru te ispred kuće, dva parkirna mjesta. U samom mjestu možete pronaći konobe, vinarije, kušati domaće maslinovo ulje i ostale istarske delicije. Grad Poreč, plaže i obala nalaze se na desetak minuta vožnje automobilom.

The modern Villa consists of two lovingly furnished floors with a private pool that can accommodate up to six people, making it ideal for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The two-storey, fully air-conditioned Villa has a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The interior has a special charm thanks to its modern design and coziness.

he house consist of two floors. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor is connected with the ground floor by wooden stairs. On the ground floor is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, electric stove and coffee machine. Near the kitchen is a dining room and a living room equipped with a sofa and modern TV. A full equipped bathroom (including a waching machine) is also situated on the ground floor.
