This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Very cozy and charming apartment with private parking space. Situated 100 metres from the famous Bacvice beach, as well as 5 minutes walking distance from Split centre. Everything you might need is few minutes walk from the apartment; supermarket, restaurants, ferry, bus station... We are happy to help arrange the cheapest transfer from or to the airport.
