In the capital with all the city's choices available on walking range, but also far away from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic. Most of all you will find pleasant people who will guide you and will be always available and willing to help you with anything you need.

Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. The house is just outside of the village of Pessada, Kefalonia Isl. (Ionian Islands, western Greece). Leaving from the village of Pessada, the central road are leading you to the small port of Pessada (Kefalonia), where a F/B twice a day serves to connect with Ag. Nicolas port (Zante Isl.) There are signs and as you approach to the Port you will find on R/H a sign "Villa Gaia" which leads to the house. Nearby house there are two cute beaches where you can reach them by foot (500m.)
