This 2 bedroom unit with 1 full bathroom is unique, quiet and and allows for fun with family or quiet time away from everyone. We are 10 minutes from Sam's Club and Walmart with plenty of restaurants yet you are tucked away in a rural setting. This house sits on 1 acre w/ a covered space out front for grilling. Schedule 30 minutes of private time with the goats before checkin.

Enjoy a stay in a charming historic Mill-House nestled in up and coming downtown Kannapolis. This cozy, vintage home has an intimate industrial feel. The artistic and local nuances will keep you entertained and intrigued. We have interesting pieces from the old mill and also fun pieces from all over North Carolina. This beautiful treehouse is the 4th on the Cherry Treesort property. It is located at the back of the farm with plenty of parking. It features a queen bed in the main bedroom, a pull out couch bed and a set of bunk beds. It has a complete bathroom with flushing toilet and shower. It also has a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and fridge. Heat and AC are also a luxury in this house. On the grounds outside the property we have a great rustic fire pit with plenty of outdoor swings and hammocks.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.
