Un lugar extremadamente recomendable para hospedarse. Está cerca de la estación de bus y es de fácil acceso. Yoko es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable, siempre atenta y me sentí como en casa, además de que la habitación estaba muy bien equipada.

I stayed here solo and the place is quite big for one person, not to mention everything is beautiful! The space is pretty much like a boutique hotel, except even better because Yoko San is an incredibly kind host that’s not just taking care of a beautiful guesthouse but also cultivating community and helping all of us play a part in appreciating the craft history and culture of Kyoto. I kept reading Kyoto is over crowded but this neighbourhood was serene and it really made me appreciate the city even more now, I also met some lovely people and we even had a special event on New Year’s Eve. There’s just too many kind gestures to mention, even at 7 am Yoko san dropped me off at the nearest train station… so so so much value and honestly a traveler’s dream because you get your privacy but also a wonderful community to get involved with if you would like and all in a stunning space. Thank you so much!

Keiko is a very welcoming and friendly host who has a beautiful home with an amazing view at the top of a hill. She picked us up and dropped us off from the local train stations at times that suited us and her home cooked breakfast was a delight. She went above and beyond to give us a memorable experience during our stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a safe homestay experience!

I had such an amazing stay here! I stayed for about 1 month, and enjoyed every second of it. The house is themed beautifully with British decorations, so I felt right at home. The amenities and all provided and everything was clean. Mari is such an amazing host - kind, helpful and funny. And Gon is an amazing co-host - very cute and friendly! The house is located in a peaceful residential area not too far from the train station which Mari picked me up from on my arrival date. There are shops, parks and temples not far from the house, so lots to do if you want a day to explore nearby. When checking in, Mari provided super helpful suggestions and advice and made sure to explain how to use everything and answer any questions. Mari’s english is also amazing so you shouldn’t have trouble communicating if you only speak English. I would 100% recommend to anyone to come and stay here, and would love to come back in the future. ありがとうございます！

總體來說非常滿意！ 房間實際使用面積大，沒有逼仄感，回家休息時很放鬆，裝飾富有日式老房的風情，值得品味。 需要注意的是，房源位於半山坡，每日會消耗一定的步行體力，不建議年齡大、行動不便的人士入住，但非常適合身體健康、熱愛運動徒步的人士。 附近沒有便利店，請記得有需要的物品要在回家前買好，但Larry提供很多豐富的零食、飲料以及食材，包括新鮮雞蛋、豆腐等，方便自己做早餐，能夠滿足大多數時候的需求。 有非常可愛的貓咪和狗狗！ 京都氣候較為潮濕，早晚有時會偏冷，被子有點窄，後來Larry幫忙又拿了一床薄被，建議未來可以準備寬一點的～ 期待下次還能夠有機會再次入住，非常感謝您的熱情招待！

Keiko女士的美丽的房子坐落在安静迷人的山上，房子是非常传统的日式风格，住在这里能体验到浓浓的当地的氛围。Keiko把花园打理得非常美丽自然，最值得称赞的是Keiko每天精心做的从不重复的早餐，真的是美味至极！比我在外面吃的午餐和晚餐还要更丰盛。Keiko女士亲切善良，还会每天开车接送客人，在车上我们聊得非常开心愉快，我还学习到了好多日语。我这次已经深深爱上了京都，早上在Keiko的指导下学习做章鱼小丸子的美好记忆将会一直保留在我的脑海里，下次再来还会入住Keiko的房子！

Le meilleur Airbnb que nous n’avons jamais eu. Yoko se plie en 4 pour nous conseiller les meilleurs visites : prêt de vélos pour un circuit dans la ville, présentation sur place des restos, facilitation pour les transports. Le logement est très design et extrêmement bien tenu ( négligents ou désordonnés s’abstenir). Les petits déjeuners renouvelés chaque jour avec fruits frais et spécialités de Kyoto. L’atelier de reliure proposé avec son père est vraiment passionnant. En conclusion, une adresse à conseiller à ses amis.

Chambre confortable. Petite pour 4 mais agréable ; elle est bien conçue pour y rester quelques jours . Proche du parc Universal Studio ☺️👍

Kuniko is a ‘Super Host’, the very best of the very best. Welcoming, friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The rooms are clean with traditional, though comfortable sleeping arrangements (actually very suitable moreso for a family with children, cuz it’s also fun). There was a fridge, a microwave, even a washing machine. The shower was great (although took me a while to figure out how to get water to come out of the shower-head - lever up vs. down - unusual). There was an abundant supply of towels and even a laundry basket to put them in), plus ample bins in which to sort your paper & plastics. Kuniko provides breakfast in her little cafe downstairs although we did not partake (except for a coffee on our last day). Note that Kuniko even stored our luggage (4 pieces) prior to check/in time. Kuniko is SO accommodating and just a lovely person (we love her black lab too). There was a stove top (tho we didn’t cook).

Close to Fukushima station, close to luggage delivery office (open only Saturday /Sunday). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Laundry powder, vacuum cleaner, washing machine was provided. Would stay here again.

The host was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for me since I was attending a conference at the international conference centre (20 minute walk). The facilities were excellent for the price.

Kuniko’s place was top notch, this was the best B&B experience I had so far out of all the years I use Airbnb. Location and convenience: 9/10: Noda Station (JR, Osaka Loop line), and Tamagawa Metro station make travel to Downtown towards all the most famous areas of Osaka a breeze. You can take this train to Namba, Dotomburi, Tennoji, ….easily. Yet the area was peaceful and quiet. Around the place has various food places + konbinin so you won’t ever go hungry. Takoyaki and yakisoba store right in front of Noda station are yummy. The B&B itself: 10/10, amazing stay, clean and spacious for a couple. Bring your own toiletries like toothbrush but everything else was provided. The best thing about the stay is Kuniko’s breakfast, delicious and beautifully prepared. So much thoughts were put into the meal. Overall I feelt super lucky I got to stay here for my first time in Osaka and I sure hope to back again to stay here.

This guest house is will be the best choice. The host tommy is very kind and mindful. He speaks english very well, so someone who didn't speak japanese will be satified. Also, the domitory bed was very nice. It's cozy and comfotable. And Tommy will give you breakfast If you request. The toast was tasty. I recommend this guest house, you will not regret your choice. Thank you tommy!

Albeit brief, this was my favorite stay of my entire Japan trip. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always proactive in making sure we felt at home not just in our accommodation but also in Kyoto and the lovely and peaceful neighborhood the townhome resides in. They made sure to follow up every question we had and made sure we were able to travel and make our next destination smoothly. We had some stressful travel beforehand, but they were extremely flexible in made our trip much easier. Also their cute daily breakfast was delicious and every single room had so much personality. It has a shared common space and bathroom but it never felt inconvenient and also allows you to get a one of a kind experience in Kyoto. The price was also incredibly reasonable and a great value. I look forward to returning next time I’m in town!

yukie的客房在我们到达的几天前起火了。很遗憾我们没能体验到这个房间，但是yukie和kavin为我们找到了另一个住处，我们住进了他们的朋友，津川夫妇家。津川夫妇也是非常友好和热情的人，我们非常愉快，就像多了两位家人一样。 感谢yukie总是非常及时和热情地回复我们的消息，并来车站接我们。yukie的英语很好，并且很乐于交流。我们很高兴在一起聚餐，并认识来自斯洛文尼亚的朋友。这里是日本的乡村地区，很多风俗和景致都与城市不同。我们很高兴能有这样的体验，这是一个安宁、恬淡、美丽的地方。y & k的精神深深感染了我。我非常希望一切困难都能被克服，祝你们平安、健康、幸福！

What a beautiful traditional Japanese home to stay We totally loved the old house, beautiful decorations, the inner courtyard and our room. Everything was perfect! Chieri is a great host, we felt very welcomed and home right away. We were on a road trip, so we also enjoyed that we could wash our clothes. And we tried out the traditional japanese bath. Perfect! Chieri, thank you for everything! Hope to see you someday again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Kyoto! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help out with any questions or needs. The location is great – it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest station and equally close to popular spots like Sanjo and Nishiki Market, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It wasn’t just a standard continental breakfast – each morning, they prepared a full, delicious spread for every guest, which was such a treat to start the day. You could really feel the care and effort they put into making everyone feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The only minor issue was the washer and dryer, which are a bit dated. The dryer took a while to dry a half load, so I’d recommend doing smaller loads or planning laundry for when you have some time to hang out. Overall, I loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting!

A pure sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. The location is at the top of beautiful and quiet Koyodai. The combination of the warmth of Sachiyo’s and Justin’s hospitality and the impeccable design of their home and the meals unmatched in terms of quality of ingredients and flavor was perfection. I am grateful for the simple touches of care and creativity each day. I felt welcome and so happy. I look forward to seeing them again. My heartfelt thanks go out to them.

Staying at John’s place in Shiga was an unforgettable experience! John is an incredibly passionate and energetic host, always full of enthusiasm. He and his lovely wife, Rika, made me feel right at home. They even invited me to join their family for a delicious homemade dinner, and Rika kindly provided breakfast as well. Their son, Andre, was also very friendly, and I truly enjoyed our conversations. The house itself is a charming countryside cottage surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect getaway. If you’re visiting Shiga, staying with John is an absolute must! Highly recommended!
