Aloha welcome to my two bedroom penthouse condo #1201 at the Royal Kahana Resort. We're so glad you are considering us for your Maui vacation! The resort is just 10 minutes from Lahaina and the golf resort at Kapalua is just a short distance away. Please note the State of Hawaii / Maui County TAT and GED taxes totaling 17.75% are included in your quoted price. Additionally, there are no resort fees charged by Royal Kahana with the exception of a $18.00 daily parking fee paid at the front desk.

Luxury Mahana 1bd/2ba-Great Views-Free Park/WiFi

Locally Owned and Operated 1BD/2BA condo with the best direct beachfront location, panoramic Ocean views, sunsets, and seasonal whale watching. The owner’s spared no expense in renovating this unit making it hand’s down one of the nicest units in all of the Mahana. Wake up to the cool tropical breeze and sounds of the shoreline just 50 feet away. Floor to ceiling windows in the living area and bedroom bring the stunning views and warm Maui sun inside while central AC keeps you cool inside.

OCEAN FRONT CONDO IN KAHANA NEAR NAPILI! ,KAPALUA

Thank you for checking out my ocean front condo in West Maui! My place redefines what OCEAN FRONT means. You are literally 30 feet from the water! You'll see sea turtles hanging out directly in front of the building! My ocean front condo is an open concept, with an expansive ocean view the minute you walk into the place. You will absolutely LOVE staying here. My condo is located in Kahana , just 15 minutes outside of the bustling Lahaina town, and minutes away from the world famous Nāpili!

Welcome to the Royal Kahana! Views from your private lanai are first class. View includes ocean, sunset, neighboring islands, mountains, and even humpback whale breaches. Relax at our upgraded studio which has all the amenities you need for an amazing stay. Recent upgrades include updated lighting, artwork, furniture, all new bedding and pillows, new and additional seating on the lanai, and OLED tv. USB ports by bed and kitchen. Great for couples, with sofa bed we can accommodate 3.

With floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living and bedroom, gentle breezes and sunsets can be enjoyed lounging on the couch or relaxing in bed. Oceanfront Bliss. Affordable Million Dollar Views!

We would love to share our oceanfront Maui home with you. Our condo is situated about 10 feet from the water's edge with incredible views. It includes free Wi-Fi, and free parking (price is all inclusive). It is located minutes from Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua. Close to world class restaurants, shopping, nightlife, golf, and beaches. Proudly owned and hosted by our Ohana (Family). P.S. Our home is zoned as a hotel. No rental restrictions.

Direct Ocean front studio w ocean is ur back yard!

This is a hotel-zoned condo. It will not be affected by potential upcoming county regulations. Book with confidence!! Thank you for considering my direct ocean front studio condo in Kahana, my condo is located minutes outside of Lahaina , Kaanapali , Napili and Kapalua. You'll find the ocean view from my lanai/ room to be breathtaking and serene. This is truly an hidden gem on Maui.
