Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und alles war genau wie beschrieben. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Dorothee hat uns herzlich empfangen. Kleiner Hinweis man hört morgens den Hahn, wenn man mit offenen Fenster schläft zumindest auf der Seite zu den Hühnern, also echtes Dorfleben.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes, denkmalgeschütztes Häuschen in einer ehemaligen Arbeitersiedlung, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

Wolfgang's place was very cosy. We stayed there as 4 friends for a night and we had a great time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy. Check-in was easy with a smart lock. The only (minor) problem was the parking. There is no parking available on the promises (which is also listed in the description) but we were able to find parking across from the street after driving around a bit. So, be prepared to park a bit far and walk with your luggages (if you have any).

Es ist die pure Erholung. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und haben absolut nichts auszusetzen.

We were two couples staying for two nights and the whole house suited our needs very well. The house is a little bit rural, but it is still close major cities (Frankfurt, Cologne, etc.). It is a very charming house and looks as it appears in the pictures.

wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr nette Gastgeber umgeben von Natur. Doch alles was man braucht schnell zu erreichen. Unsere Enkel waren von dem Spielzeug und vom Kinderzimmer begeistert. Wir werden bestimmt noch Mal dort sein, wenn wir dürfen danke für den schönen Aufenthalt es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. lg

Das Tiny Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Anwesen ist sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet.

Geweldige plek om tot rust te komen, heel mooie omgeving! Je wandelt het poortje uit en hebt alle mogelijke mooie wandelroutes te gaan...Genoeg en meer... te beleven in de directe omgeving van het huisje, we hebben echt genoten van de rust, de stilte en de privacy die hier geboden word. In de tuin onder het genot van een drankje allerlei vogels gespot; Vlaamse gaaien, roodborstjes, vinken, koolmeesjes en zelfs nog 3 zwart met wit gekleurde eekhoorntjes die we in Nederland nog nooit gezien hebben, dit was tijdens het ontbijt op onze laatste dag, een welkome extra. Kortom, echt een heerlijk huisje waar we volop genoten hebben. We waren er 3 nachten, voor wat ons betreft, veel te kort. Het huis zelf is gewoon een thuis waar je ongestoord kunt genieten van een heerlijk bubbelbad, een hot tub en als het weer het toelaat een mooi aangelegd zwembad buiten. We hebben echt prachtige wandelingen gemaakt, de tuinen in Arcen waren we al geweest maar blijven mooi. Dus alle lof !!

Wir haben die Unterkunft zu viert mit zwei Kindern (12 und 9) als zentralen Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten im Ruhrgebiet genutzt. Daher war uns vor allem die Lage wichtig. Mit ca. 10 min. Fußweg zur nächsten Bahnstation kommt man überall sehr gut hin. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht groß, aber für eine Familie für ein paar Tage gut geeignet. Ansonsten haben uns insbesondere die tolle Aussicht durch Balkon und Fenster und das frei nutzbare kleine Schwimmbad gefallen. Alles in allem war es eine schöne Zeit!

Der Aufenthalt bei Barbara und Frank war wirklich toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten alles was wir brauchten und haben uns gut erholt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Wohnung war echt toll. Der Garten so gepflegt und eine tolle Umgebung zum spazieren gehen und joggen.

Markus and Carina are really lovely, tolerant people, it just shines from them. We were made to feel part of the family instantly. When we contacted them they were very responsive and assisted us with everything we needed. The apartment is spacious with plenty of cupboards and drawers, the kitchen is fully equipped as stated and was clean on entry, Nespresso machine was also really nice as we love our morning coffee. The surrounding area has beautiful walks and is very much like the Scottish Highlands, literally right outside the back door there is a lovely forest and hill walks, locals are friendly as you would expect living in such an idyllic hideaway. We very much enjoyed the fresh eggs and milk from the farms around the area. We really had a lovely time here and look forward to being able to return sometime soon.

Markus und seine Villa sind perfekt für Familien, große Gruppen, Freunde, Paare usw. Tierliebhaber und fantastischer Mensch. Immer Hilfsbereit und mega freundlich. Das war sehr schöne Zeit bei Markus. Gefühlt wie zuhause. Immer gerne wieder. Lieben Dank für alles! Grüße, Justyna & Ralf ❤️

Die Unterkunft war super; genau wie beschrieben! Das Frühstück im Café unten war sehr lecker. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine tolle Auszeit mitten in herrlicher Natur mit liebevollem Ambiente machen wollen! 😊👍🏻

Wer die Natur liebt, gerne auf Bäume schaut und den Vögel zu hört, den Mond beobachtet, eine schlichte, gemütliche und nicht kruschige Einrichtung mag, gerne auf einer Matratze schläft, die gemütlich ist, es gerne sauber hat und einen unkomplizierten Umgang mit den Vermietern bevorzugt, ist hier genau richtig. Ich komme wieder.

Ich war aus beruflich unterwegs und konnte mich in Susanns Wohnung wie zuhause fühlen. Die Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen und man findet immer einen Parkplatz am Haus, die Umgebung war super für ausgedehnte Gassirunden am Nachmittag. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht und vor allem das Badezimmer war makellos sauber. Vielen Dank!

We hebben een fijne week gehad in het huisje van Marie-Luise. Door de "schilderij verwarming" was het heerlijk warm. - Vanuit dit huisje kan je met de trein in een half uurtje in Keulen zijn. - Verder kan je ook vanuit het huisje snel in de natuur zijn voor een fijne wandeling. - Wij komen hier vast nog wel eens terug. The house was amazing. Was as described in the photo. Marcus was very flexible with check in and checkout timing. The supermarkets were walkable distance from the accomodation. Its located in the quiet location and very close to netherlands border. The house had everything we needed and lots of space for a family of 4. Thankyou Marcus for having us. It was a pleasure staying at your place, I would highly recommend it.

Ik heb een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het prachtige, smaakvolle huisje van Judith en Volker. Het huisje en de voorzieningen zijn precies zoals beschreven in de advertentie. De wandeling naar de brandschone (en eveneens zeer smaakvolle) badkamer vond ik alleen maar een pluspunt, omdat je door een prachtige tuin loopt. En last but not least: Judith en Volker zijn ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam, absoluut superhosts!

Heinz-Leo's place is amazing from all perspectives. Great location, very spacious house and excellent facilities. The house was very clean also. The friendly hosts and the cute alpacas just add to the wow factor. Definitely recommend for anyone around Gillrath area.

We verbleven met 4 volwassenen en een baby van 1 jaar en waren blij verrast. het huis is volledig en voldoet aan al je wensen! we zijn erg tevreden. Het huis is functioneel en erg fijn. niks op aan te merken. we bevelen hem aan!
