Use it as a base for exploring the Southern Tier and the Finger Lakes, or just rest and have coffee and enjoy the woods.

"Wilma" - Riverfront Cabin

This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. The many windows and doors allow nature in, complementing the locally sourced live edge countertops in the kitchen. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Cozy older home. Lots of space. Great outdoor patio space for entertaining. 10 mins from Binghamton. Quiet neighborhood. Fire pit in the back with chairs, grill and lots of board games for the family fun nights! Coffee bar, breakfast snacks It’s a must stay !! I do have an outdoor cat that likes to hang out on the patio, he is friendly and loves people.
