Nice clean and quiet house close to everything we needed and was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed a family gathering where the kids were able to have an Easter egg hunt in a nice backyard everything was squeeky clean the private bathroom in the room was my favorite Perfect set up for a home.

Maximum privacy near fabulous Louisville! My partner and our dog and I loved the whole home with fenced in yard. The home was EXCELLENTLY appointed- think similar quality kitchen items, linens, pillows, mattresses etc that you would buy for your OWN home. Fantastic. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful via message. Don’t miss this great spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Our family gets together over the Easter weekend each year and our primary entertainment is bike riding and hiking. There is a large park that is super close to this home that has both a wonderful paved bike trail and multiple hiking trails so this worked out perfectly for us. It was also easy to reach downtown Louisville for additional biking and walking trails. Communication with Ross was great!

Quiet, clean place a short drive to all Louisville attractions

The place was really clean and exactly as described. Lot of thought was put in the interior and setting up of the place. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. If we are back in Louisville, we will definitely would love to stay here again.

Highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Louisville area and have a animal as well. Great location and value for the price you pay!

Thank you so much for such a great stay. Deanna was very responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and the driveway was large. Completely close to restaurants and entertainment. The beds were comfy and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we come back and visit we will be rebooking. Thanks for having us!

The e- verify check in was complicated. I had to call the host. There is only one parking spot in the garage but plenty of steeet parking behind. Very clean. Felt safe. Beds comfortable. Lots of nice ammenities.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay after a concert in Iroquois Park. The host responded to all of our questions right away. We loved that the location was so close to attractions and restaurants but was still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! Can't say enough good things about my stay. It was so comfortable and had so many extra touches like coffee and creamer and bagels and cream cheese. The bed is very comfy and the shower is amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Anna was a kind and responsive host. She was very friendly and took the time to notify us of some local opportunities before we even got there. The place itself was great! Clean and very homey with nice views of the river. I recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet on their journeys.

Pretty little campground. Smells so sweet when the flowers are in bloom. Close to everything and behind a locked gate. Cleanest porta potty I've ever seen in my life.

This home was better than expected. Pictures don’t do it enough justice. Jessica was very attentive and made sure we had everything and was happy during our stay. The home is nearby hospitals, in germantown and by everything you need that louisville offers. Nearby the highway as well for easy access around the city. The home was very clean and neighbors were welcoming.

My daughter's and I loved Jannette's home and she is so nice and welcoming. The home is immaculate and it is located in a beautiful area. She even left us snacks in the house. When I'm back in Louisville, I will check to see if Jannette's house is available first, before exploring other options.

We've had the pleasure of staying at this home twice and both times we were exceptionally pleased with the cleanliness, responsiveness of the owners and the comfort of the space. Outstanding location that is conveniently located to main roads and the interstate but still on a quiet, residential street. The fully enclosed back yard is perfect for our dog too. This place is PERFECT for the Derby!!!! This was my Wife, Daughter and I’s first Derby experience and the house couldn’t have been better! The home is located only a few steps from the gate… INCREDIBLE LOCATION! The home was as described, clean and had all the necessary amenities! The host was TOP NOTCH… even left us rain poncho’s that came in handy with all the poor weather over the weekend! The neighbors were also GREAT (Friendly and helpful)! Overall the experience was 10 out of 10!!!!! We hope to come back for the Derby next year and if so, this home will be our first choice! 5-Star property!
