My husband and I had a great three-month stay at Ling’s home! Ling and Nicholl were very friendly and responsive hosts. The internet worked well for both of us to be on video calls throughout the day as we both work remotely. We are runners, and the neighborhood is safe for jogging. The bed is comfy. Quick drive to grocery stores. We recommend this home.

Wonderful location. Everything is close by. Mike gave great Check-in and Check-out instructions which we appreciate. We appreciate the hospitality.

Kayla was wonderful she responded very quickly ! The property is beautiful, we saw deer ! The drive to the location was very scary though , but that isn’t Kayla’s fault ! Enjoyed my stay would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Betsy's Airbnb! Betsy's communication was excellent and very helpful. The location couldn't be better - you can walk to many shops and restaurants! The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay for a getaway! Jenny had amazing communication which made me feel right at home from the get go. Instructions were very easy and clear to understand. There are a lot of different things to do that are close by if you are looking for an adventure. Along side the adventure, once you are in the mood for food, there are plenty of amazing local restaurants that are close by. All in all I would definitely recommend this host.

Such a great place to stay for my family of 4! Sherri was so easy to communicate with and the space was in a great location for exploring Kittredge and the surrounding towns of Evergreen and Morrison. Peaceful back patio and the workout equipment was a plus for us. Full size kitchen with everything you could need. We walked from the house to a really great nearby children’s park and felt right at home. Would stay here again!

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. It was beautiful, pristine, nicely decorated and appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. James was a very responsive host. We had a couple of questions, which he answered quickly. The location was convenient to visit many attractions and restaurants. We felt very fortunate to have found this unit. Daniel’s place was perfect, clean. Plenty of room for us. It had everything we needed. It is a good area that was close to Red Rocks and close to downtown.

Kathleen was a wonderful host! The only thing that came up was super minor and fixed easily - most of all Kathleen was reachable and helpful. We had an amazing time and the bed was very comfortable!! I would stay here again anytime
