KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Enjoy boating, skiing, tubing, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing and more. Large open floor plan with wall of windows and huge deck overlooking the lake for beautiful sunset views. You will have eggs from our chickens, goats to feed here at our great family farm. A beautiful fire pit for evening fun. We have a beautiful outside shower and a new 3 cage frisbee golf course and the evening stars are spectacular, with the sounds of nature everywhere.

Peaceful cabin on the Cochee River w/ 4 acres land

Cookout, relax, fish & kayak (included) alongside the Withlacoochee River. Updated home on stilts located just 15 min upriver from the Suwannee state park & hidden springs (The River is accessible, but it is not easily accessible because the water fluctuates so much). The back deck sits 10 ft from the riverbank. The 4-acre property boasts plenty of mature trees w/ an old railroad bridge pillar for great photos. Frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Just 25 min from Live Oak shopping!

The Blue House

Potter on the Farm Alpacas, Mini-Donkeys & Goats

Harry Potter fans, wizards and muggles will love this magically themed spot! We are situated on 5 acres in the country in a very peaceful and safe location. Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!

Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

This cozy space is nestled in the pine trees, and offers lots of peace, quiet, and privacy. Situated on private land, however, not in the direct view of the other residences. Enjoy the screened porch and outdoor fire pit as you listen to the sounds of nature. Located 7 minutes from Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, convenient to both I-75 and I-10, and close to many local springs, parks, and restaurants.
