My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The surroundings were peaceful, and it had everything we needed. Plus, there was a market and train right across the street! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Thank you for hosting, Hiro! We had a great time!

位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

The directions were easy to follow and everything was as described! It was a great place to stay for me and my family who were visiting me from America. We felt right at home! The nearby parking lots are paid but it was very cheap and close :). Thank you again!

We had a great stay here. The flat was very clean, had enough space for our suitcases, and the beds were cozy. The location is well connected and there are several train lines and other lovely sights to see within walking distance. We really appreciated our host’s helpful recommendations and check-in/out guides! :)

Great base for exploring Tokyo. There is lots to do and see in the area, with great transport links to the more touristy areas. The apartment is quiet, comfortable and has everything you'll need for a few days or a few weeks.

We loved staying at Hiroyasus place as a family of 6. The apartment was very modern, spacious and luxurious. The hosts were very kind and responded quickly to messages. Location was good with restaurants and supermarket close by. short walk to multiple subway stations so easy to access tourist attractions and airport. thank you Hiroyasu and 小林 for a lovely stay!

We’ve been visiting Kobe and staying in Airbnbs for over 10 years, and this has easily been our favorite so far. The location is excellent—clean, convenient, and just the right size for us. The directions and instructions were crystal clear, timely, and perfectly laid out. Everything was so seamless, we never even needed to contact the host. It was that good. We had a wonderful time. ヴィラまでの道が分かりづらかったが、詳細な地図や写真を添付してくれてその場所まで行った時見つけやすかった。 犬を連れての宿泊だったが、色々柔軟に対応してくれてメールの返信も早くて良かったです。 バーベキューや焚き火に慣れてる人なら庭で楽しめると思います。 犬を連れてなくても海が近く、夏になったらまた来たいと思いました！！

9人で泊まらせて頂きました。 大きいテレビがあり、アメニティーが充実していて、不便なく過ごすことが出来ました。

プロジェクターで好きなアーティストの動画を見たりディズニー映画を見たり、素敵な2日間を過ごすことができました。キッチンは調理器具も調味料も種類豊富に揃えてあったので自炊するのにも便利だと思いました。ありがとうございました！

Wir kamen leider erst sehr spät Abends an und das Einparken im dazugehörigen Parkplatz war im Dunkeln eine kleine, aber zu Zweit gut lösbare Herausforderung. Unser Gastgeber hat im Inserat die Abmessungen des Parkfeldes mitgeteilt - wir wusste also, dass es eng werden würde. Im Zweifelsfall darf ganz nah am Gebäude entlang der Strasse geparkt werden :) Die Unterkunft ist herzlich gestaltet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Aus der Badewanne hat man einen tollen Blick ins Grüne und das Schlafzimmer ist ein echtes Highlight. Das Bett ist riiiiesig und super bequem. Wir waren leider nur zwei Tage vor Ort, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen! Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.

Super schönes Haus, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappte auch wunderbar - schnelle Antworten und schnelle Hilfe, wenn mal etwas benötigt wurde.

友人家族と楽しませていただきました。 江の島の中にあって立地が島内観光に最高です。 駐車場から歩きますが近かったですし、中のお部屋は写真の通りクールでかっこよくアメリカンヴィンテージな雰囲気でした。 電子レンジや大きな冷凍冷蔵庫があり、コップや食器類も揃っていて、本格的な飲食店仕様のガスコンロやシンクが使えます。 タオルはバスタオルのみで、シャンプー類やドライヤーが使えます。 Wi-Fiルーター完備でプロジェクターにスマホを繋いで映像を楽しみました。 トイレやシャワーは清潔感ありました。 9人でしたがベッドが区切られているのでぐっすり休めました。 また泊まりたいです！ありがとうございました😊

とても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 小さい子どもがいましたが、子ども向けの椅子などもあって大変助かりました。 問い合わせにも迅速に丁寧に対応していただけて、本当に良い滞在になりました！

Great location and host is very accommodating.

The place is close to ikebukuro station. Ikebukuro is really great station where so many lines connect there. 2 minute walk to nearest exit (west exit), and some minutes walk to train gate. Close to 24hr convenient store. Also some kebab store. The place is clean. All you need for your stay is there. No tv, but has an android projector that has many apps like disney, netflix, youtube etc. This place is in 3rd floor, and no elevator. Prepare your power to lift up your baggage to 3rd floor. The closet has no electric bidet. I guess asian who want a bidet should use shower to spray. 😅😅 Afterall,it was a really nice and close place.

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

まず部屋に入った時に窓から見える美しい海に感動しました！滞在中は私の好きな赤い色調のおしゃれなお部屋で静かに過ごすことができました。窓の外を見ながら写真を撮ったり、スケッチをしました。 夜はとても静かだったので十分な睡眠をとることができました。次の日は比較的暖かかったのでバルコニーで朝食をとりました。これが最高でした。 コンドミニアムの前には松林があり、また美しい花が咲き乱れていて周辺をカメラを持って散歩しました。とても貴重な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁
