this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Our second year at Leslie's place. It's located 3 mins from the beach. They have a tent, beach chairs, toys ... we didn't have to lug all that on the plane this year! Will highly recommend for a family with kids ... and we hope to keep coming every year.

We recently stayed at Lisa’s condo for spring break, and it was super comfortable, cute and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, there were power reclining seats, a small desk, flat screen TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and she even provided beach towels and chairs. It is not oceanfront, but is in a gated beachfront community and the beach was a short walk away. We were delighted by the personal touches: a welcome note with goodies, charging station for our devices, nice supply of towels and even K-cups. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely recommend her place and stay there again!

I had a fantastic stay at the Mid-Century Modern Beach Getaway! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to great brunch spots and the beach. The space was spotless, beautifully styled with a charming mid-century aesthetic, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. All the amenities worked perfectly, making for a seamless and comfortable experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place to friends, whether for a quick getaway or a longer stay!

Everything was as advertised. I had noticed that people prior to us had commented on how comfortable the bed was. It was that comfortable. The sofa was pretty comfortable as well. Johnny will send a complete detailed list of what to do upon checkout, just follow that and all should be good. We would stay again.

Perfect for a small family with children, easy and quick access to the beach with all beach towels and chairs available inside the condo. We loved the place and will definitely consider again on our next stay. Host was very kind and quickly responded to any questions we had. Definitely recommend :)

It is an older, and a little outdated, condo unit but who cares. The unit was clean. There were plenty of nice towels left, both for showers and beach use. The location was fantastic. The area was quiet. We were there Sunday- Thursday. The view from the balcony was worth every penny. Being able to park in a garage was a super bonus. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids. They had everything you needed to enjoy your beach stay. Great coffee shop (Round bird) walking distance. Great restaurant (Salt Life) walking distance. Honestly if we came back to the area I would certainly book this location again. My only small complaint is that the window in the en suite shower should somehow be covered. I’m a 6’ tall woman and while I’m not naked shy by any means, I still felt… a little uncomfortable. But that alone does not stop me from giving this location, location, location a 5 star review.

The place was great! Super clean, on the beach and close to everything. Spent 3 weeks there and never had a problem! Can’t wait to go back again!

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Such a beautiful and clean home we will definitely be back. Thank you again Hillary!!

We chose this condo as we wanted to have a view and quick access to the beach. We were not disappointed. The view was beautiful we enjoyed walking to the shops and dining and we slept very comfortably. We will be back!

Beautiful stay!! Easy to get around Jax beach from the air bnb! Not far from Publix and restaurants! Very peaceful! Host was fast at replying to questions I had and was so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend! (:

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Lisa was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know. Her condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was also great! Would definitely stay again!

JCE is an exceptionally attentive host who truly made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at his Airbnb. The residence is immaculate, tidy, and well-equipped. JCE even provided us with a French press coffee maker.

We felt right at home with a clean comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beach bag with towels provided. The location was very quiet and felt safe. We loved having access to the pools too! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alan and Brandy’s condo. The gated community felt safe and was in a beautiful area. There were many restaurants and attractions nearby. The condo was clean and as advertised! Best of all, when we had an issue or question, Brandy was quick to respond. I will say that it was dark when we checked in and the gate staff said, “you can’t miss it”. We still had a little difficulty finding the correct building in the dark. I wish we had been at the condo at a time when it would have been appropriate weather for the pool. It looked wonderful!

Great stay at this AirBnb directly on the beach! The location was awesome, steps to the gorgeous beach, and a short walk to restaurants and the pier. Beds were comfy, furniture was beautiful and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beach umbrella and chairs could be updated as they were broken but just a minor thing. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return!

Highly recommend! We needed proximity to Jacksonville and St Augustine, so this location was great. Plus there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Very comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, kicking back in the recliners, and hanging out on the patio (where we spotted dear across the pond). My 6’5” son appreciated a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed rather than two twin beds. Friendly guards at the gate and convenient access through the lockbox. Great value for the price. We would definitely book again!
