Thank you Jason and Sirem for being such perfect hosts and making our stay at Ionia so memorable. We felt very looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, with a seating area outside. Have to say the breakfasts were the best we’ve ever had at an Airbnb, incredibly generous and all homemade. And for those days you just want to take it easy and laze by the pool, lunch and dinner can be provided too. Well placed for Ephesus, Magnesia, Sirence and Selçuk and not too far from the beach if you have a car. Great tips for places to visit too. An all-round star of a place.

We're a group of 7 from different parts of Europe, and every one of us said "wow" when we entered the place. VERY spacious, every room has ensuites, great kitchen (one of us is a professional cook) and a beautiful orchard connected to the property. We used the pool (it's connected to a home that occasionally as the host's family but that is 100% usable day or night). You must have a car as taxis don't easily come out, but there's ample parking. The host was super friendly and we had long multi-hour chats about his very interesting life. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful time here! We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if we could. The property was beautiful, cozy, and super clean. The pool was a lovely reprieve from the heat, the property is just a 30 minute drive from beautiful beaches, Ephesus, and other incredible ruins. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey, with olives, olive oil, and figs from the property. We had dinner onsite as well and it was equally delicious. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and all the information you need to explore the area. Highly recommend!

İlk andan beri ilayda hanımla iletişim kurmak çok kolay ve ulaşılabilirdi. Yolu bulmaktan tutun en ufak sorumuza kadar aynı özenle ilgilendi. Mutfak ekipmanları fazlaca vardı süzgeç hariç. Kış ayında gitmemize rağmen ısınma sorunu yaşamadık, keyifli konforluydu. Bahçenin tadını soğukluktan dolayı çıkartamadık ama her anı keyifli konforluydu ilayda hanıma teşekkür ediyorum.

Açıklamam biraz detaylı olacak ama gelmek isteyenler için iyi bir bilgilendirme olacağını düşünüyorum. Şöyle ki kesinlikle araba olması gerekiyor çünkü plaj-çarşı vs yerlere yürüyüş mesafesinde değil ki zaten ev sahibi de bunu belirtmiş. 14-17 yaş kızlarımızla yaptığımız bir konaklamaydı ki o yaş grubu için bu kadar sakinlik sıkıcı olabiliyor. Mümkünse sadece eşiniz yada arkadaşlarınızla konaklayın. Tam kafa dinlemelik sakin bir ortam. Dışarıda yeme-içme fiyatları da gayet uygun bir Bodrum-Fethiye ile karşılaştırdığımda. Çarşıda kumruyu Damla büfeden yemenizi , boyozu damla büfenin 2-3 dükkan yanında bir pastane var ismini tam hatırlayamıyorum ama oradan yemenizi tavsiye ederim. Ev ile ilgili de söyleyebileceğim tam olarak resimlerde gördüğünüz gibi,temiz ve düzenli. Sessiz sakin bence tek sorun banyodaki gider kokusu maalesef bölgenin temel sorunu sanırım. Ev sahibi ilgili gayet güleryüzlü. Yolunuz düşer giderseniz Viski ve Şarap' a selamlar :)))

Die Unterkunft von Ömer ist ein absoluter Traum wenn man bisschen Ruhe und Zweisamkeit haben will. Was jedoch wichtig zu beachten ist: mit einem normalen Fahrzeug ist die Erreichbarkeit schon fast grenzwertig. Wir hatten an manchen Teilen des Weges Sorge dass wir steckenbleiben. Die Aussicht die man aber dafür vom Grundstück auf das Meer bekommt ist den aufwendigen Weg dann doch wert! Das Grundstück ist liebevoll gestaltet und alles harmoniert. Wir waren im großen und ganzen sehr begeistert!

Hafta sonu kafa dinleyebileceğiniz, temizlik konusunda şüphenizin olmayacağı bir yerdi. Serkan Bey'e ilgisinden dolayı ve saat fark etmeksizin yardımcı olmasından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Çok huzur dolu bir yerde, kısa süre de olsa güzel bir tatil yaptık.İlayda Hanım hem ulaşım konusunda hem de diğer konularda çok yardımcı oldu.Bir daha buralara yolum düşerse tercih edebileceğim bir yer.Kesinlikle öneriyorum.

Konaklama deneyimimiz süresince gayet memnun kaldık. Gerekli ihtiyaçların hepsi ev içerisinde mevcuttu. Konum şehirden biraz uzakta konumu yönlendirmeler sayesinde çok kolay bulduk fakat yol biraz kötü. Sessiz sakin bir yer arayanlar için çok idealdi. Harika bir deniz manzarası var gece de aynı şekilde şehirden uzak olduğu için gökyüzünü çok rahatlıkla görebilirsiniz :)

Arkadaşlarım ile yarışa geldiğimiz için sessiz ve sakin bir yer olması bizim için çok önemliydi. Ve konum bu açıdan çok iyiydi. Kışın gidecek olanlar için naçizane tavsiyem şu olur. Kesinlikle şömineyi yakmanız gerekecek:) evde ısıtıcılar mevcut ancak evin büyük olmasından kaynaklı ısınma problemi yaşayabilirsiniz. Onun için şömine odunlarınızı planlamanızda fayda var:)

Ev sahipleri çok arkadaş canlısıydı, ev gösterildiği gibi ve çok temizdi. Mutfakta ve evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Bahçesi çok güzeldi keyifle vakit geçirdik.

We loved staying here. It was so beautiful, peaceful and had everything we could possibly wish for. We selected Gülgün’s place to rest at the end of 4 weeks of travel, and it was the perfect place to do. Gülgün provided great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to visit. We also enjoyed cooking in, the amazing coffee selection (espresso!) and especially the warmth of a wood stove. Highly recommend.

Fatih and his parents (Sabri bey and his mother) are incredible and amazing hosts! They were extremely accommodating with our travel delays and provided detailed information about things to do around Urla. The listing is very accurate and few mins from downtown Urla, but you do need a car to get around. We had tons of fun playing with the cats, hanging out by the fire place, exploring Urla and enjoying numerous gifts from our hosts. We highly recommend sincap evi, and hope to return soon (especially during early spring -- our activities were a little limited because of winter).

Ilker and his family made us feel so welcome from our initial contact. Illker was so helpful and did everything he could to accommodate our families needs. The motel is beautiful and homemade dinners and breakfast make the whole experience unforgettable.
