We had the pleasure of staying at Cinzia’s place for one night, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was smooth and Cinzia was always responsive. She was very friendly and had already put some delicious fruits and eggs from her garden for us. The place was cozy, clean, and had almost everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the bedroom was beautiful, especially with no mist on the lake. There was a supermarket and a bar nearby if you needed anything. Since Nesso has plenty of stairs because of the topography, I suggest not going with heavy baggage or suitcases. Ponte della Civera is a must-visit if you have the time. If you don’t have a car, you can use bus C30 from Como, I suggest you check the timetable on the app and buy your tickets in advance; it can get quite crowded. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely book again.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

O apartamento estava ótimo! Exatamente como nas fotos, fácil de encontrar e a localização é perfeita!! Bem próximo do centro de Varenna, todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando bem e a dormida é confortável e silenciosa, a entrada é linda e os arredores também, foi tudo ótimo!!

We had a wonderful stay. Riccardo’s home is wonderful and as described. The lake and Mountains View are breathtaking. A great place to relax and be peaceful. Walkable to Menaggio and easy to take the ferry to other towns like Bellagio and Varenna. Riccardo is a great and responsive to all questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Simona's place. Everything was spotless, Simona was there when we arrived and ran us through the house. There's a few stairs, and kitchen and laundry were on the lower storey (of 4) but that worked well as we spent most of our time on the lawn and swimming in the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and there was some road noise but nothing too bad at night. The front door opens directly on to the road - but that was no problem. We walked up to Lenno each day, had a great morning at Villa Balbianello and shopped at the Dino Mart for great pasta, cheese, veg and meats. My advice is to do less travel on the very packed and slow ferries/busses - and spend more time lounging on the lawn and swimming in the lake... there's swans, ducks, turtles, fish, herons in the water and with Isola Comancina in front the water is very calm - and perfectly glassy in the mornings and evenings. The apartment is luxury, the private garden stunning, the view amazing, no stress, no noise and well linked to Bellagio and ferry boats. The hosts are always available for every kind of needs. They even reserve the tables for you at the restaurants if you ask.

We had a great stay here. Emi got in touch a few days ahead of our stay to provide relevant details re check in and was waiting for us when we arrived. The property views - stunning. Also private access to the lake which was a bonus *and our dog loved it. Super peaceful location - great spot to explore Como from.

Logement impeccable et hôte réactif. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’arrêt de bus est juste à coté par contre les bus font beaucoup de retards et le quartier n’est pas desservi par des bars et restaurants, on a trouvé un petit supermarché à quelques minutes à pieds sinon c’était un bel séjour

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hätte nicht schönen sein können! Top Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit bei Federico. Man sieht von der Wohnung auf den Gardasee, der Blick ist atemberaubend! Das Haus ist toll auf den Berg gebaut, heißt: Man ist vom Parkplatz direkt im Haus, kann aber auch direkt in die Altstadt und ist damit in 1 Minute mitten in der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Blick von der Terrasse ist toll! Es ist etwas hellhörig, aber ansonsten eine schöne Unterkunft. Die Räder, die zur freien Verfügung stehen, waren perfekt um Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen.

Fabulous spot on the lake. Colonno is a village for those that want to experience the true serenity of the lake and be within walking distance of more “bustling” villages. And this home has amazing waterfront views!

We verbleven met veel plezier midden tussen de bergen. De baita is gezellig, heeft een heerlijke tuin, bbq, en kachel voor binnen. Onze kinderen (1 en 4 jaar) hebben genoten van het spelen in de tuin. We hebben heerlijke wandeltochten gemaakt. Deze ruimte is echt aan te raden voor wie de stilte en de rust van de bergen zoekt. We waren er begin mei en de temperatuur was heerlijk. Veel zon gehad. De host was heel flexibel rond aankomst en vertrek. Bedankt Emanuele voor de tip op de Passo della Forgalo te lopen. Een adembenemende tocht die naast het huisje begint.

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre) in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Man kann in der Sonne mit Blick auf teils verschneite Berge frühstücken. Von der Unterkunft aus lassen sich schönen Wanderungen unternehmen. Und mit dem Auto kann man schöne Ausflüge nach Cefalú oder in andere Wandergebiete unternehmen. Unsere Kinder waren vor allem von den Eseln, den Hunden und dem weiträumigen Gelände begeistert. Manfredi war super gut zu erreichen und immer freundlich. Ein Highlight war, dass er uns an einem Abend selbst gebackenes Brot gebracht hat. Abends kann man außerdem schön vor dem Kamin entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Unterkunft ist für alle, die Lust auf Ruhe und Natur haben sehr zu empfehlen!!
